I got another nice calico on this spot. This one was a little smaller than the first. It was just shy of 22". I released this guy too.

The current shifted, and the bite slowed. Steve gave us the option to fish for some calicos. We took a vote, and off we went.

Everywhere we went the conditions were off. We did manage a couple rockfish and a couple calicos. Here is Roland with the largest calico of the day. After the photo the fish was released to fight another day...(on SFR charters we encourage the release of the larger calicos).

Captain Brian Sims Reports that these 7 day Calico trips are like a "Half day trip on steroids!" with all you want fishing on calicos up to 8.0lbs. and big yellows up eating the plug!
